During ageing‬ bones naturally begin to decrease in density however in some this can be much more severe. Often this can be the damaging results of other medications, poor lifestyle, malabsorption, or genetic complications.
A sufferer will have been diagnosed by their GP for this condition and may have been prescribed medication. To compliment the orthodox medication or if if the patient wishes to try and prevent or slow the condition, the following advice should be given.
Improvement of diet is essential for body and ‪‎bone‬ repair, regular‪ ‎exercise‬ to strengthen bones is essential. Yoga‬ offers an exercise routine with reduced pressure on the body. Regular practise will help improve bone density and strengthen the core muscles‬ surrounding the bones (stronger muscles will help maintain bone strength and shape) Learning‪ balance‬ with yoga will help reduce the chances of fall removing the risk of fractures.

  • Add 50 grams of honey to sweeten.
  • Take this tincture after food, two tablespoons three times a day.
