Excellent for over worked/stretched #muscles by gently massaging eucalyptus oil (diluted in a carrier oil) in to the effected muscles. Always massage toward the heart to move the #lactic acid buildup through the#lymphatic system.

Application of the oil also helps heal skin irritation and insect bites. Especially appropriate for skin eruptions and oily #complexions, used to help diminish #wrinkles and protects the skin from free radical damage. Using in a body cream when massaging and moisturising the legs will help combat #cellulite by stimulating the skin. Use 1-2 drops mixed well in to the cream per leg. Eucalyptus is very strong and will irritate the skin if used too liberally or undiluted.
